Whether you’re an owner, guest, renter, or prospective buyer, we’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions about The Ridge in Sun Valley. From community policies to parking regulations, you can find the answers you need that help you stay informed and connected.
Garbage is collected twice weekly from the cans in the closet outside the front door. Limited recycling is available in labeled bins in the building next to the dumpster. Garbage pickup days are Mondays and Thursdays. (If a major holiday falls on those days, pickup is on Tuesdays and Fridays.)
Vehicles must display the parking tag with their unit number. Parking spaces are not assigned but please refer to the back of the parking tag for no-parking areas.
Parking of motorhomes, campers, boats, RVs, and trailers is prohibited.
Following a snowstorm, vehicles must be moved by 8 a.m. to allow for snow removal.
Pets in the common area must be on a leash or under reasonable voice control. Clean up any dog poop immediately. Dogs may not be left tied to porches or decks or left unattended on them. Barking dogs are not allowed.
Please limit noise in the common area and decks from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Guest passes to use Sun Valley Elkhorn Association amenities must be arranged for by unit owners and sent to your email address. Please work with the owner of the unit where you are staying to get these passes for use during the dates of your stay. Guests of The Ridge in Sun Valley are allowed to play the Elkhorn Golf Course at a discounted charge. The number for the Elkhorn Pro Shop is (208) 622-2271.
